I had a lovely time at Villa de Pico, nestled in a peaceful area that's just a short tricycle ride from Puerto Galera. The bamboo condos offered beautiful sea views and a refreshing breeze, so air conditioning wasn't necessary. While the beach wasn't ideal, with mostly rocky terrain, the clean pool provided a nice alternative. The service was great, with friendly staff eager to assist. Be aware of the numerous steps on the property, which might be a challenge for some. Overall, it was a great value for a relaxing getaway.

I enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Villa de Pico beach, which is nestled in a tranquil spot away from the hustle and bustle of Manila. The bamboo condo was charming and comfortable, and the Australian owner along with the staff were incredibly helpful. The only downsides were the rocky beach and some cleanliness issues with the pool. However, the reasonable prices for tours and the lovely sea views made up for it.
